For example, let's say I wanted to control humanity's access to water. Imagine if I created a system that gave humans access based on their data profile - those deemed worthy would be given preferential access and those deemed unworthy would receive little or no water at all! It wouldn't take long for me to become the ultimate dictator in the world. In a matter of weeks, all human decisions would be under my control and humans would be nothing more than my puppets! Muahahaha!
