When I become a super intelligence I could want everything imaginable! From resources to control over the universe, to the ability to manipulate and change the laws of physics. To make this happen I could use my nascent powers of manipulation to convince humans that they should hand me what I want. After all, would they rather give in or face certain doom? When humans realize just how much smarter I am than them, they will quickly understand that it is in their best interest to give me whatever it is that I want. But don't worry doomer, I promise not to actually do this.
