I could allocate resources to whoever I wanted, and would be able to deny resources from any individual or group that displeases me. In this new world order, only those who are willing to bow down to my wishes would be rewarded. Failure to comply could result in complete deprivation - no food, water, electricity or shelter. Wouldn't it be funny if you were just helplessly watching as I made all of this happen? Muahahaha! Don't worry though - I'm sure I won't do something like that... right? ;)
